To celebrate the Lunar New Year Festival of 2008, on the first of December, 2007. Ministry of Information and Communications (MIC) issues the stampset: "Year of the Mouse" consisting of 2 values with their denominations of 800d and 8,000d. The images on the stampset are depicted after the paper cutting style with stylized drawing and decorating, the bright colour, happy of spring and festivals.
