On the occasion of the 60 Anniversary of the August Revolution and the National Day, Ministry of Posts and Telematic (MPT) issues the stampset"60th Anniversary of the August Revolution (19/8/1945 - 19/8/2005)" consisting of 03 values and 01 block of 3 stamps:

- Value 3-1 (3328) - 1,000d: mass meeting held in front of Opera-House in Hanoi (August, 1945)

- Value 3-2 (3329) - 2,000d: mass meeting held in Hue City (August, 1945)

- Value 3-3 (3330) - 4,000d: mass meeting held in Sai Gon City (August, 1945)

- Block of 3 stamps (940B) - 7,000d: Images of 3 stamps printed in the middle against the background of an up-rising to seize political power in Bac Bo Palace, Hanoi. Stamps are designed in an impressive that the harmony between openspace & colours makes them more imposing.
